Laboratory Humidity Control Systems
Unstable RH compromises sample integrity and can invalidate results before they're even analyzed.
CleanSPOT holds spec around the clock, EU CE certified and built for cleanroom classification.
What We Build For
Sample stability, equipment calibration, and cleanroom classification all depend on humidity staying within a defined range, continuously, not as an average across a working day.
Why Humidity Control Matters in Laboratory Environments
Laboratories run on repeatability. Humidity drift introduces a variable that's hard to detect in the moment and hard to explain after the fact, when a result doesn't reproduce.
Sample and reagent stability
Hygroscopic samples and reagents absorb or lose moisture in response to ambient RH, which can shift concentration, weight, and behavior in ways that don't show up until testing is already underway. By then, the variable is baked into the result.
Equipment calibration drift
Sensitive instrumentation is often calibrated against a specific environmental baseline. Humidity swings outside that baseline can introduce measurement drift that's difficult to distinguish from genuine experimental variance.
Cleanroom classification tolerances
Labs operating under a formal cleanroom classification have a tighter environmental band to hold than a standard lab space. Humidification systems here need to hold spec tightly and predictably, not average out to the right number across a shift.
Reproducibility over time
A result that can't be reproduced under the same conditions is a real problem, and environmental drift is one of the quieter causes, since it's rarely the first thing investigated when a result doesn't match.
