What Is a Duct or AHU Humidifier?

A duct or AHU humidifier is installed directly inside HVAC ductwork or an air handling unit, humidifying air centrally before it's distributed throughout a facility, rather than treating one room at a time. This makes it suited to whole-building or whole-facility humidity control.

CleanSPOT's FOGO-Models integrate directly into your existing ductwork or AHU, using the same ultrasonic technology and GMP-standard construction as our room units, built for cannabis, pharmaceutical, laboratory and cleanroom facilities.

What's the difference between the FOGO-Models and the F-Series? −
FOGO-Models cover the 35–280 L/h capacity range, built for larger duct and AHU installations. The F-Series is our compact model for smaller installations, at a lower capacity (exact figure to be confirmed). Both use the same ultrasonic technology and GMP-standard construction.
Can this be retrofitted into existing ductwork, or does it require new installation? +
CleanSPOT's duct and AHU humidifiers are designed for standard duct-mounting, so retrofitting into existing ductwork is generally feasible. Final compatibility depends on your specific duct configuration and available space, our team can confirm this for your installation.
