Control Integration

Depending on configuration, CleanSPOT humidifiers accept ON/OFF or 0–10 V proportional control from a compatible external humidity controller, PLC or building-management system. Specify the available signal and control arrangement when requesting a quotation.

Water Management & Maintenance

Configurations can include automatic filling, drainage and reservoir emptying, with dual water-level monitoring, dry-run protection and thermal protection. An integrated 265nm UV-C LED provides an additional hygiene measure inside the water tank.

These features complement appropriate water treatment, cleaning and routine maintenance.

Sized From the Actual Load

Room volume is only one input. Temperature, current and target RH, fresh-air flow, air changes and process conditions all influence required capacity. Our engineering support considers these conditions to recommend an installation type and output in L/h.

How Ultrasonic Humidification Works

Ultrasonic atomization

A high-frequency transducer vibrates water into a fine 1µm mist, no heating element, no steam.

Reverse osmosis water

RO water is required to prevent mineral deposit buildup and keep mist output clean.

Built-in UVC disinfection

A built-in 265 nm UV-C LED disinfects the unit's own water supply, continuously.

Which installation should I choose? −

Choose direct-room equipment when mist should enter the room locally. Choose duct or AHU integration when distribution should follow ventilation airflow. Existing HVAC arrangements, humidity loads and available mounting space determine the final choice.

Can the system connect to a BMS? +

Configuration-dependent integration is available through ON/OFF and 0–10 V analog control. Share the required interface so compatibility can be checked. A BMS connection does not automatically mean a native network protocol is included.

Can capacity exceed 84 L/h? +

Yes. The range includes modular arrangements for higher requirements. The number of modules and their layout are selected for the installation rather than specified by floor area alone.

What information is needed for a quote? +

Provide room dimensions or AHU details, temperatures, current and target RH, airflow, fresh-air percentage and relevant process conditions. Indicate your preferred installation and control interface, or request help choosing them.
