CleanSPOT FADS (Fixed Automatic Disinfection System) is a permanently installed ultrasonic hydrogen peroxide fogging system for programmed treatment of individual rooms or multiple zones.

Its modular design brings fog generation and automatic liquid management into a centralized installation.

Automatic Operation and Liquid Management

Automatic Liquid Management

FADS can combine automatic filling, dual independent liquid-level control, dry-run protection, thermal protection and programmed draining or emptying. These functions support the operation of the fog-generation equipment between treatment cycles. An integrated 265 nm UV-C LED can provide an additional hygiene measure inside the operating tank, complementing the specified cleaning and liquid-management procedures.

External Control Integration

External-control integration can be engineered around project requirements. Describe how the facility currently controls treatment areas and what operating sequence is required when requesting the system design.

Match Chemistry, Capacity and Treatment Conditions

The required output depends on room volume, ceiling height, treatment zones, target treatment time, solution formulation, temperature, airflow and the arrangement of equipment or stored materials. The selected disinfectant and treatment protocol determine concentration, exposure conditions and application procedure.

How does FADS differ from a mobile fogger? −

No. CleanSPOT FADS is designed as a permanent installation integrated into the facility. Mobile Foggers are a separate configuration intended for movement between treatment areas.

Can one system serve multiple treatment zones? +

FADS can be engineered for multiple zones and centralized operation. The number, size and arrangement of zones form part of the design assessment. Include the required sequence and whether zones need separate treatment when submitting your project requirements.

What fogging capacities are available for FADS? +

FADS capacity is project-specific. The modular design can support centralized installations exceeding 250 L/h, as well as smaller installations. Required output depends on room volume, treatment solution and the specified treatment conditions, a higher output alone does not establish disinfection performance.

Can FADS use any hydrogen peroxide disinfectant? +

The equipment is intended for suitable water-based formulations within its operating limits. Hydrogen peroxide and H₂O₂/PAA formulations require chemical and material compatibility assessment. The selected product's instructions and the facility's treatment protocol determine the appropriate application conditions.
