  Over the years, large commercial HVAC systems have used humidifiers, so-called Steam generators, which operate on the principle of boiling water, and are of course quite energy inefficient, cost more and suffer major service and maintenance problems.

How they works: Ultrasonic humidifiers produce cold water mist (up to 40 °C ) and its realization is in principle a device that uses a metal or ceramic "diaphragm" to produce mist. The diaphragm vibrates at high frequency against the water, creating droplets that are blown into the HVAC chamber like a fine mist 1-3 microns in size. These devices are much more energy efficient than conventional water Steam generators, mathematically calculated at 1:10.

As an example to you, above are given an example large HVAC systems with classic steam generator with a capacity of 65L/h, that consumes about 48kW/h of electricity.

We will provide that with a device of 65L/h water mist, with only 4.5kW/h power consumption.
